ORDER
PER MRS. JUSTICE SAROJ YADAV, MEMBER
1. The present Consumer Complaint has been filed under Section 21(a)(i) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (for short, the Act) by Mr. Sunil Kumar Mohal and Savita Mohal (hereinafter referred to as the Complainants) against M/S Bright Buildtech Private Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Opposite Party/Builder), seeking refund of amount paid by the Complainants towards purchase of Unit along with interest, compensation and other reliefs.
2. The Complainants had initially filed the present complaint before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as District Forum), however, due to a change in pecuniary jurisdiction, following the judgment of this Commission in Ambrish Kumar Shukla & Ors. vs. Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt.
