1. The Appellant/OP2 filed the instant First Appeal against the Order dated 20.10.2023 passed by the Chhattisgarh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Raipur (“State Commission”) in CC No. 65 of 2018, wherein the State Commission partly allowed the Complaint.
2. As per report of the Registry, there is 16 days delay in filing this Appeal. The Appellant filed IA No. 17027 of 2023 seeking condonation of delay. For the reasons stated thereat, the delay is condoned.
3. For the Convenience the parties are being referred to as mentioned in the Complaint before the State Commission, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is identified as OP2 (Appellant herein), Mr. Vishnu Agrawal is referred as the Complainant (Respondent no.1 herein), Satya Trucking Private Limited is denoted as OP1 (Respondent No.2 herein) and Mercedes Benz Financial Services India Private Limited (formerly Known as Daimler Financial Service India Private Limited) is referred to as the OP3 (Respondent no.3 herein).
4. Brief facts of the case, as per the complainant, are that he purchased Truck Bharat Benz 4023, Regn No. CG 10 AL 3300, manufactured by OP-2 fro
