1. Heard Mr. Garg who appeared on behalf of the both the Petitioners.
2. The case had been taken up on 03.01.2025 and we had called upon Mr. Garg to address us in both the Petitions in response whereto he appeared and advanced his submissions.
3. We may at the outset clarify that the two Complaints before the District Commission were filed alleging deficiency in service against the Jaipur Development Authority in respect of the services rendered for the allotment and registration as well as deficiency in development of two plots contending that the Jaipur Development Authority having failed to carry out its obligation, the Complainant was entitled to compensation and the same was accepted by the District Commission in CC No. 1178/2008 / 125/2012 (old) and CC No. 1177/2008 / 124 of 2012 (old).
4. The Complaint of Savitri Agarwal was allowed on 27.08.2014 with the following directions:

1. The applicant is entitled to recover simple interest at the rate of 15% per annum from the opposite party on the entire price of the said plot amounting to Rs. 1,88,760/- (one lakh eighty-eight thousand seven hund
