A s per the report of the R egistry, there is a delay of 1839 days (1033 days as per the appellants) in filing these F irst A ppeals. A ccordingly, IA N o. 3593 o f 2025 and IA N o. 3612 of 2025 have been filed by the A ppellants seeking C ondonation of delay. In the said lA s, the A pplicants state that the certified copy of the im pugned order w as received by the A pplicants only on 10/07/2023, after m aking application for the sam e. T he A pplicants state that they w ere not aw are about the im pugned order till they received call from the police station on sum m ons issued from the office of the H on'ble S tate EDCBA .V LKJIHGFEDCBA i C om m ission, M aharashtra in the execution proceeding filed by R espondent ! N o. 1 for non-com pliance of the im pugned order. T hey further state that they i received call from the police station of their area in M arch 2023 intim ating them
