The Office has reported a delay in the filing of this application. The issue of delay stands eclipsed and need not be deliberated upon keeping in view the observations made hereinafter. The question is can the Office of the SCDRC Maharashtra (hereinafter referred to as the State Commission) suggest any recommendation for moving the present application before the National Commission in the background that the entire Consumer Dispute stands finalized with the disposal of the main dispute as well as the Execution matters arising there-from up-to the stage of an order passed by this Commission on 12.10.2022 when the present applicant was not even a party to the proceedings.

The present application has been filed stating that the applicant Sai Amrut Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd. moved an Intervention Application for getting a conveyance deed executed for a part of the plot of CTS 925/A, the area whereof is 3279.44 Sq. Mts. before the State Commission.

The background of the moving of the application is that it was moved before the State Commission in Execution proceedings, the Appeal Execution whereof stands disposed of by this Commission on 12.10.2022 being Appeal E
