1. This is a consumer complaint in a dispute of a repudiation of a life insurance claim, the assured whereof was the late husband of the complainant. The claim was repudiated on 12.03.2008, on the ground that the insured at the time of filling up the proposal form had made false statements and had given incorrect ' answers which amounted to withholding of accurate information, and therefore on account of such non-disclosure and misrepresentation the claim was not admissible as on inquiry and investigation it was found that the insured had been a heavy smoker, was a known diabetic and was
