1. Briefly stated relevant facts of the case are that the petitioner/the complainant (hereinafter referred as “the petitioner”) is the registered owner of vehicle make Renault Duster RLX bearing Registration No CG 09 JB 2423 having Chassis No MEEHSRW5EC077491 and Engine No 090485 (hereinafter referred to as “the vehicle”) and said vehicle was purchased by the husband of the petitioner in December 2014 from Mahadeva Car Showroom, Raipur for a total consideration of Rs.11.50 lakhs which included the cost of the vehicle, insurance, registration fee, and accessories and Rs.8,00,000/- was financed through Cholamandalam Finance Company Ltd. and Rs.2,20,000/- was paid in cash besides a vehicle make Zen worth Rs.1,30,000/- was exchanged.
