This revision petition has been filed under section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (in short, the ‘Act’) challenging the order dated 19.10.2022 passed in first appeal No. 148 of 2015 of the Circuit Bench of Tamil Nadu State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Madurai (in short, the ‘State Commission’) vide which the appeal of the appellant / complainant was allowed and the Order dated 22.04.2015 of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Madurai (in short, the ‘District Forum’)

in Consumer Complaint no. 113 of 2010 was set aside.
