ORDER
1. Heard learned counsels for Petitioner

SA has been filed challenging the order of the State Commission dated 11.06.2025 in FA/228/2025 vide which the first appeal was dismissed on account of limitation, having been filed with a delay of 66 days. The counsel for the appellant submits that the actual delay is about 55 days, as the first appeal was filed on 08.05.2025 and not on 15.05.2025, as recorded in paragraph 7 of the State Commission’s order. In support of their contention, they have drawn our attention to annexure A-13 at page 297, which is a screenshot of e- Jagriti portal, which shows the filing date as 08.05.2025. The counsel further submits that the certified copy of the District Forum’s order dated 24.01.2025 was delivered to them on 29.01.2025 only and the limitation period needs to be calculated from the date of receipt of the free certified copy.
3. The Petitioner has challenged the orders of the State Commission on following grounds:
