1. The present Consumer Complaint has been filed under Section 21 (a)(i) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (for short, the Act) by Lt. Sh. Vikram Singh Through LRs (hereinafter referred to as the Complainants) against M/s. Aman Devcon LLP (hereinafter referred to as Opposite Party No. 1) & its designated partner Mr. Milan Poddar (hereinafter referred to as the Opposite Party No. 2), seeking refund of the total amount paid towards purchase of Unit, along with interest, compensation and other reliefs.
