JUDGMENT
AVM J. RAJENDRA, AVSM VSM (Retd.), MEMBER
1. This Appeal is filed by OP under Section 19 of the Consumer Protection Act , 1986 (“the Act”), against the Order dated 07.07.2016 passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chhattisgarh (“State Commission”) in CC No. 29 of 2015, wherein the State Commission partly allowed the complaint.
2. As per the Registry report, there 20 days delay in filing this First Appeal and in the interest of justice, the delay is condoned.
3. Brief facts of the case, as per the complainant, are that the complainant is in the business of processing, purchasing and selling of the various variety of rice and paddy and other connected product for livelihood in the name of Shri Padma Rice Mill. The Rice Mill is situated at Village Tarsiwa, District Dhamtari, where the processing, storage and purchase sale
