Headnote:(A) National Agricultural Insurance Scheme - Clause-7 - Appeal against the Order dated 27/12/2013 in Complaint No. 803/2002 - Appellant prayed for an opportunity to place on record certain documents, particularly pertaining to orders passed by the Government under the National Agricultural Insurance Scheme - Court allowed the request for justice and directed the appellant to file necessary documents within a week. (Para 1)

ORDER
After addressing us for some time, learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant prays for one opportunity to place on record certain documents, in particular orders, if any, passed by the Government, in terms of Clause-7 of the National Agricultural Insurance Scheme (page 176-181).
In the interest of justice, we accede to the prayer. Let the needful be done within a week.
List on 13.10.2014 for hearing on admission.
Before the next date, the appellant shall also file an affidavit by a senior officer, indicating as to what decision had been taken by the appellant as an Implementing Agency.
