The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission will not entertain revision petitions for compensation awards below Rs. 30,000, promoting judicial efficiency.

Facts of the case:
The petitioner, a seed company, filed multiple revision petitions against the State Commission's order awarding compensation below Rs. 30,000/- to various respondents.

ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that in these revision petitions the compensation awarded is below 30,000/-.

In light of the statement and for the reasons stated in our order dated 31.07.2014 in Revision Petition No. 2750 of 2014, we decline to entertain the revision petitions. The same are dismissed accordingly.
