1. This Revision Petition is filed under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (‘the Act’) challenging the order of Gujarat State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ahmedabad (‘State Commission’) dated 06.03.2017 vide which the State Commission dismissed the Appeal No.647 of 2011 and affirmed the order of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Vadodara (‘District Forum’) order dated 31.05.2011.

2. For convenience, the parties in the present matter are being referred to as mentioned in the Complaint before the District Forum. Bhailalbhai Mangalbhai Patel is complainant (Respondent) whereas Purshottambhai Vittalbhai Patel is the Opposite Party (OP) No.1 and the partnership firm named: M/s. Samir Builders and its Administrative Partner: Shri Dilipbhai Purushottambhai Patel (OP-2) (Petitioners).

3. Brief facts of the case, as per the complainant, are that he was employed at I.P.C.L. Company and retired in the year 2007. The OPs in this matter are the heirs of the deceased Gordhan Naran and Ambalal Naranbhai Patel, totaling 17 individuals. The dispute pertains to a piece of non-agricultural land located in Mouje-M
