2. Vide order dated 17.10.2019, the Respondent was considered served since counsel for the Petitioner confirmed payment of Rs.5,000 to the Complainant/ Respondent, which has been received. In addition, in the interest of justice, Respondent was served by Dasti, the report of which was filed by the Petitioner on 24.11.2025. However, none appeared for the Respondent in any later proceedings, including 13.10.2025, 07.01.2026 as well as today. Respondent is placed ex-parte.
