ORDER

1. The RP has been filed with a delay of 134 days as per calculations made by the Registry. An IA/1424/2026 has been filed seeking condonation of delay, in which the period of delay mentioned is 230 days. Although the reasons for delay stated in this IA are not found convincing, in the interest of justice, we condone the delay and decide to take up the case on merits.

2. The challenge is to the order dated 14.05.2025 of the State Commission in appeal no.112 of 2023 vide which the first appeal f
