ORDER

1. The prayer made in this Transfer Application reads as follows: -

a. Direct that Company petition bearing No. 139 of 2023 pending before the Hon’ble NCLT Mumbai Bench IV be transferred to the Hon’ble NCLT Mumbai Bench I; and/or b. pass any other and further orders that this Hon ’ble Tribunal may deem fit.

The applicant in view of order dated 10.01.2025 has filed New IA(CA)- 27/2025-seeking correction in the prayer clause of TA(Co. Act)- 15(PB)/2024, relevant paragraph of which is extracted below:

“5. It is submitted that inadvertently, the Underlying Petition has been incorrectly referred to as Company Petition No. 139 of 2023 instead of Company Petition No. 235 of 2021 in the aforementioned paragraph of the Transfer Application and transfer has been sought from Bench V of the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai instead of Bench IV. Accordingly, by way of the present Application, the Applicant craves leave of this Hon’ble Tribunal to amend Paragraph 8 of the Transfer Application. It is submitted that if the present application is allowed, Paragraph 8 of the Transfer Application would read as under:

"8. In view of the aforementioned, the Applicant humbly prays that this Hon’ble
