JUDGMENT

The present Petition has been filed by M/s Champion Components Private Limited, (hereinafter referred to as the “Petitioner Company” or “Operational Creditor”), through its Director, Mr. Sateesh Chander Bhatia, under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 , (hereinafter referred to as the “IBC” or “Code”) seeking initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (hereinafter referred to as the “CIRP”) against M/s RK Wind Limited, (hereinafter referred to as the “Respondent Company” or “Corporate Debtor”), claiming a default of Rs.4,49,880/- (Rupees Four Lakh Forty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty only) on the part of the Corporate Debtor.

2. The registered office of the Corporate Debtor is in the State of Haryana.

Therefore, the territorial jurisdiction lies with this Adjudicating Authority.
