ORDER

1. This Application IA 2910/2021 is filed by Mr. Avil Menezes (Applicant), the Liquidator of Sunil Hitech Engineers Limited (“Corporate Debtor”) against the Liquidator of Athena Chhattisgarh Aviation Power Limited i.e. Mr. Kumar Ranjan, under Section 60(5) of The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ("Code"), seeking following reliefs:

a. This Tribunal be pleased to direct the Respondent to render all the assistance and cooperation for the purpose of sale of the assets (as set out in Exhibit "M") lying at the Site of Athena Chhattisgarh Power Limited.

b. This Tribunal be pleased to direct the Respondent to issue and comply with all that is required by the Applicant and/or any officials of the Corporate Debtor for the purpose of sale of the assets (as set out in Exhibit "M").

c. That in the interim, pending the hearing and disposal of the present Application, this Tribunal be pleased to: i. Direct the Respondent to not part, dispose, sell, alienate, encumber and / or create any third party rights with respect to the assets of the Corporate Debtor, and ii. Direct the Respondent not to take any coercive steps with respect to the assets of the Corporate Debtor.
