ORDER
1. The prayer made in this Transfer Application reads as follows: -
a. Allow the present transfer application and pass an order directing the transfer of the Company Petition (IB) No. 329/7 (HDB) of 2020 and all pending applications from Hon ’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Court I to Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench;
b. Pass any such other order as may this Hon’ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.
