The present Interlocutory Application (hereinafter referred to as the “IA”) has been filed under section 30 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “IBC” or “Code”) read with Regulation 39 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the “CIRP Regulations”) by Mr. Jalesh Kumar Grover, Resolution Professional of Trishul Dream Homes Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant” or “RP”), seeking approval of the Resolution Plan in respect of the Trishul Dream Homes Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Corporate Debtor”).

The registered office of the Corporate Debtor is situated at Post- Kheri Kalan, Sector-84, Near Apeejay School, Faridabad in the State of Haryana, hence the subject-matter of the IA lies within the territorial jurisdiction of the Chandigarh Bench of this Tribunal.
