2. The Respondents were set as ex-parte on 15.04.2024. Pleadings are complete. 1. This Application has been filed by M/s. Employees Provident Fund

Organisation (EPFO), U/s. 60(5)(c) of IBC, 2016 R/w. Rule 11 of NCLT Rules,
