1) Ms. Surekha Yadav, Ld. Counsel for the Applicant is present.

2) The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the Applicant under

Regulation 31A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Regulation), and the limited prayer in this Application is for placing on record the Report of the Stakeholders’ Consultation Committee.

3) The above said Report as prepared by the Applicant/Liquidator herein is taken on record. The Liquidator is directed to complete the Liquidation Process as early as possible within the time and shall file and place on record the Quarterly Progress Report, if otherwise permitted under the law, thereby apprising the Bench about the current stage of the Liquidation Process.

4) With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Interlocutory Application bearing IA No. 1113 of 2025, is disposed of as Allowed.

5) Registry shall list the main Company Petition on Board as and when new/pending Applications, if any, arising out of the present Company Petition are listed.
