ORDER

1. The present application has been filed by Mr. M.V.M. Mohan Rao (Applicant) under Section 60(5) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) r/w Rule 11 of National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016, seeking the following reliefs:

(i) To direct the Resolution Professional to exclude the Unit No.28 in second floor of "Manjeera Mall" having a super built up area (Leasable area) of 790 sq. ft. along with undivided area of 16 sq. yards out of 24,587 (5.08 acres) of S2 in Survey No.1050 situated at Kukatpally Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, from the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of the Corporate Debtor as the Unit belongs to the Applicant in the interest of justice and;

(ii) To direct the Resolution Professional to incorporate the obligation of execution and registration of the sale deed by the Resolut
