This is a joint application filed by the Petitioner Companies, namely NOBLE INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “Transferor Company 1/ Petitioner Company 1”), SHELTER (INDIA HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as Transferor Company 2/ Petitioner Company 2), GSM PROJECTS PVT.
