The applicant is also directed to serve the notice on the Respondent, along with the copy of application (if not already served) and shall file service affidavit along with copy of notice, postal receipt, track report, email etc. well in advance so that the same is defect free and reflected on DMS before the next date of hearing.

4. Reply be filed within 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the notice.

1. This application has been filed by the liquidator for taking on record the

13^th progress report for the quarter ending June 2024.

2. Heard the counsel and accordingly, the report is taken on record. As no further orders are required, I.A. is allowed and stands disposed of.

1. This application has been filed by the liquidator to place on record the revised list of stake holders.

a. It is submitted that there 4 Operational Creditors are added on account of reverification of their claims arising after the Tribunal orders. Further certain modifications is necessitated due to (i) reverification and rejection of the claim of NLC India Limited; (ii) withdrawal of the claim by Bank of India upon the settlement of its dues with Essar Power Limited and (iii) rectification of security interest of IDBI Bank Limited and Suraksha Asset Reconstruction Private Limited.

2. Accordingly, modified list of the Stakeholders is taken on record. I.A. is allowed and stands disposed of.
