The present Second Motion Petition has been filed jointly by the Transferor Companies under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Act) read with the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016 (Rules) to obtain the Sanction and approval of this Adjudicating Authority to the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation (Absorption) between ART Business & Consumer Finance (India) Private Limited/Transferor Company No. 2/Applicant Company No.1 and ART Corporate Finance (India) Private Limited/Transferor Company No. 3/Applicant Company No.2 and their respective shareholders.
