The present petition has been preferred by Mr. Ajay Sahni who is admittedly one of the directors qua the respondent No. 1 i.e. SMS Collections Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Neeraj Sharma, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parents of the petitioner unfortunately passed away, in quick succession. In his submission the shares held by both the parents of the petitioner namely Late Mr. HR Sahni and Late Shri Rma Sahni need to be transmitted to the applicant. Mr. S. Deora, Ld. Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the matter is stuck only on account of certain communication gap between the directors qua the completed.
