ORDER
1. The Company Application has been filed on behalf of Applicant Company under Section 66 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with National Company Law Tribunal (Procedure for Reduction of Share Capital of the Company Rules), 2016 for the purpose of reduction of paid up equity share capital of the Company as resolved by the Shareholders of the Company by passing a Special Resolution.
2. The Applicant Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 23rd May, 2008 under name and style of M/s.Gravs Palamoor Private Limited. The Applicant is being represented by its authorized signatory and Managing Director, Mr.Laxminarasimha Swamy Emmadisetty, who is authorized by virtue of resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Applicant Company on 13th February, 2024.
