ORDER
1. The present petition was filed on 09.10.2023, by Sh. Rajan Singh, Director and shareholder of M/s Lotus Dream Projects And Developers (OPC) Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘Company’), under section 252(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 (Act) read with Rule 87A of the National Company Law Tribunal (Amendment) Rules, 2017 and other applicable provisions of the Act praying for restoration of the name of the company on the Register of Companies maintained by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as ‘ROC/Respondent No. 1’).
