ORDER

1. The Company Petition No. 149 of 2017 has been filed by Mr. Ravi Arya and others (“Petitioners”) under Section 241 of the Companies Act, 2013 (“Act”) read with other relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 against various Respondents seeking the following reliefs:

i. For appropriate orders, reliefs and directions under Sections 241 and 242 of the Companies Act, 2013 , to bring an end to the aforesaid acts of oppression and mismanagement perpetuated by Respondent Nos. 1 to 11, for necessary orders and reliefs in respect thereto, including as prayed for herein;

ii. That this Hon’ble Tribunal be pleased to pass an order under Sections 241 and 242 of the Companies Act, 2013 , for appropriate management of the Respondent No. 1 Company and for that purpose to appoint such appropriate and fit persons as this Hon’ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper as Administrator, and/or appoint an independent Committee of management for managing the affairs of the Respondent No. 1 Company for such time and on such terms and conditions as this Hon’ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper;
