1) Mr. Jash Shah, Ld. Counsel for the Applicant is present.

2) The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the

Applicant/Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor seeking an Extension of Sixty Days in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process from 16.06.2025 and subsequently seeking leave of this Tribunal to continue the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of the Corporate Debtor

as per the applicable law.

3) It is submitted that the CIRP of the Corporate Debtor is currently at the

final position as the Resolution Plans submitted by the PRAs are being

considered by the Committee of Creditors (CoC) for approval. It is further stat
