the NCLT Rules r/w Regulation 32 of IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 r/w Section 60(5) of the

Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 seeking following reliefs;

a. Direct the respondent to refund the security deposit amounting to

Rs.3,30,500/- (Rupees Three Lacs Thirty Thousand and Five Hundred Only), for the premises mentioned in paragraph 17 of the

Application;

b. Pass any further order(s)/ direction(s) as may deem fit to this

Hon'ble Tribunal.
