ORDER

1. This Application is filed by Mr. Jigar Tarunkumar Bhatt (hereinafter referred to as ‘Applicant/Resolution Professional’) under Section 54K (15) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code read with Regulation 49(1) of the IBBI (Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process), Regulations, 2016 seeking approval of the Resolution Plan dated 04.03.2025 submitted by M/s. Shree Simandhar Steel Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘Successful Resolution Applicant/SRA’), approved by the Committee of Creditors of Corporate Debtor in its 3^rd meeting held on 10.03.2025, with 99.33% voting share.

2. ABOUT THE CORPORATE DEBTOR

M/s. Vedik Ispat Private Limited was admitted into Pre-Pack Insolvency Resolution Process vide order dated 05.02.2025 in CP (IBPP) No.1/BB/2023, whereby Mr. Jigar Tarunkumar Bhatt (IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P-01917/2019-2020/13005) was appointed as the Resolution Professional. The Authorized Share Capital of the Corporate Debtor is Rs.24,50,00,000 and Paid-up Capital is Rs.21,00,00,000.
