1. This IA has been filed under Section 290 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 11 of the NCLT Rules, 2016 by the Liquidator of Shramik Multitrade Private Limited (in Liquidation) seeking approval for sale of Office No.301, 3^rd Floor, Continuum Tower, Ram Mandir Road, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai-400057, admeasuring 525 Sq. Ft. (said Property) through Private sale to Mr. Divyesh Dagliya.

2. Background

2.1 The Shramik Multitrade Private Limited (Company) was admitted into the Winding Up Process vide order of this Tribunal dated 13.01.2023 and appointed the Applicant as Company Liquidator. The Company was allotted the said Property in lieu of the flat previously owned by the Company prior to redevelopment. After receiving possession of the said Property, the Applicant, with the approval of the winding-up committee, put the said Property up for public auction as per the auction notice dated 19.12.2024, for a reserve price of Rs. 1,71,15,000/-.
