ORDER

1. This is a Joint Petition filed by the Petitioner Companies, under Sections 230 & 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 5 of the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamation) Rules 2016 praying for the sanction of the Scheme of Amalgamation (“Scheme”) between M/s.Maha Ganapathi Manufacturers & Industries Private Limited (“First Petitioner Company” or “Amalgamating Company-1” or “Transferor Company-1”) and M/s.Mahasree Manufacturers & Industries Private Limited (“Second Petitioner Company” or “Amalgamating Company-2” or “Transferor Company-2”) and M/s.Super Cybertech Park Private Limited (“Third Petitioner Company” or “Amalgamating Company-3” or “Transferor Company-3”) with M/s.NSL Cotton Corporation Private Limited (“Fourth Petitioner Company” or “Amalgamated Company” or “Transferee Company”) and their respective shareholders and creditors in terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation (“Scheme”).

2. The Registered Offices of the Petitioner Companies are situated in the State of Telangana.
