ORDER

PER: BACHU VENKAT BALARAM DAS, MEMBER (JUDICIAL)

1. This is an application filed by the Petitioner under Section 59 of the Companies Act, 2013 seeking the following reliefs:

(i) “That the Respondent No. 1, 2 & 3 be directed to rectify their respective register of members/ issue duplicate shares in respect of shares held by the Petitioner in each of the Respondent No. 1, 2 & 3.

(ii) That the Respondent No.1, 2 & 3 be directed to give to the Petitioner all corporal benefits (viz., dividend, shares including bonus/rights shares of Nalwa Sons Investments Ltd., Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. and Jindal Stainless Ltd.) accrued to the Petitioner in respect of the above 100 equity shares of Jindal Ferro Alloys Ltd. till the date of order of the Hon'ble Bench.

(iii) That the cost of litigation as this Hon'ble Bench may deem fit and proper may also be passed.

(iv) That such other order may be passed as in the premises of the Hon'ble bench may deem fit.”
