This is a Petition filed by Mr. Bijal Kantilal Patel in the capacity of contributory and Director under Section 248(8) read with 271 and 272 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Winding Up) Rules, 2020 praying for the Winding up of Shrijee Developers Limited (hereinafter, "Struck Off Company" or “Company”).
