1. This Court convened through hybrid mode. BIL Infratech Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its Registered Office at 37/2, Chinar Park, New Town, Rajarhat Main Road P.O.- Hatiara, Kolkata, 24 Parganas North 700157 is the Corporate Applicant/ Corporate Debtor who had filed the instant CP application under Section 10 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 .

2. The Corporate Applicant filed the Company Petition under Section 10 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 to initiate the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The instant Company Petition was admitted by this Hon'ble Tribunal vide its order dated 28th July, 2021 and Mr. Subodh Kumar Agrawal, the Respondent herein, was appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional and was later confirmed as the Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor.
