1. The instant petition has been filed by the Petitioner, Mr. Ashok Kumar Aggarwal under Section 241 -242 of the Companies Act, 2013 read in conjunction with its allied provisions. The present Petition has been filed by the Petitioner who is aggrieved by the mismanagement as well as the curtailing and oppressing the rights of the Petitioner by allegedly taking over the control and management of the Respondent No.1 Company, i.e., Integrated Electromech Pvt. Ltd.
2. The Petitioner has submitted the following reasons for the purpose of filing the instant application, the details of which are reproduced hereunder:
I. That the Company’s affairs have been or are being conducted in a manner prejudicial or oppressive to the Petitioner, being 50% shareholder of the Company.
