ORDER

IA 340/2025 This an application filed by the Applicant/Liquidator in order to protect and preserve the Assets of the Corporate Debtor lying in their possession, and requested seeking Cooperation and further seeks that direction to allow immediate access to the Registered Valuers/authorised representatives of the Applicant/Liquidator to conduct inspection and valuation of the assets of the Corporate Debtor lying in their possession.

Counsel for Liquidator submits, on instructions, that on or before 31.05.2025, he will remove the goods and also include the expenditure so incurred in this regard in the CIRP cost. Nothing remains to be decided in this application. IA

340/2025 is disposed of.

IA 4189/2023 The possession of the property has been handed over by the Respondent/liquidator to the Applicant on 20.03.2024. Whether the rental of the property in question will be included in CIRP cost or not is yet to be decided by him. For compliance, list this application on 03.04.2025.
