1. The present Petition CP No. 202 of 2022 is filed by the Mr.

Sanjay Varma & 4 Ors. under Section 241-242 of Companies Act, 2013 in the matter of Ruby-rala Exports Cluster Private Limited & 1 Anr. seeking following relief;

a. To pass an order of temporary injunction against the Respondents TO carrying out any activity by using the asset of the Company for personal gains.

b. That pending the hearing and final disposal of the suit, an order for freezing the asset of the company may be passed and the asset may be moved to some other alternative place till the final order.
