ORDER
1. The present Scheme Petition has been filed in the matter of the Scheme of Arrangement between Runaya Refining LLP (First Applicant LLP/Demerged LLP), and Runaya Metsource LLP, (Second Applicant LLP/Resulting LLP), and their respective partners and creditors, under Sections 60 to 62 and other applicable provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 read with the LLP Rules.
