This is an application filed by the Petitioner Company filed on 27.12.2022 under Section 66 read with The National Company Law Tribunal (Procedure For Reduction Of Share Capital Of Company) Rules, 2016 And The Applicable Provisions Of The National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016 for confirming the reduction of share capital resolved on 21st December 2022, by a special resolution set-out in Paragraph 13, for which all directions necessary and proper has been requested to be made and given;
