1. This is an application filed on 16.04.2025 by the Applicant/ Resolution Professional (“RP”) of the Corporate Debtor- M/s. Carnival Films Private Limited under Section 30 (6) read with Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“Code”) read with Regulation 39 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process For Corporate Debtor) Regulations, 2016 seeking the following prayers:-
A) Allow the present Application;
B) Approve and accept the Resolution Plan of M/s Cine Corp Filmdom Private Limited dated 10th April, 2025 as approved by the Committee of Creditors by 93.3% as submitted in respect of the Corporate Debtor i.e., M/s. Carnival Films Private Limited;
