1. The court convened through a hybrid mode.

2. The present Company Petition has been filed by Francis Hansda, son of Shri Simon Hansda, aged about 44 years, Indian resident, residing at Dharampur Mission, Dharampur, Sahebganj, Jharkhand – 816110. The Petitioner is the Present Chairman and Member of the Section 8 Company pursuant to the provisions laid down in Article-5 of the Articles of Association of the Company. Company is limited by Guarantee and not having Share Capital and, Membership of the Company is guided vide provisions laid down in Article-5 of the Articles of Association of the Company registered with Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The Petitioner (being the member of the Respondent Company) under section 97(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules 74 of the NCLT Rules, 2016 praying for calling of the Annual General Meeting of the respondent company for the Financial Year ended 2004-2005 to 2022- 2023.
