ORDER

COMP.APPL/ 255(MB)2025 Rule 11 of the NCLT.

This application has been filed by the Applicant Companies seeking certain rectifications in the Order dated 30.06.2025 passed in CA ( CA A)/41(MB)/2025.

We have gone through the impugned order and have noted inadvertent typographical errors in the order which are apparent and warrant to be rectified. We, therefore, rectify the order as follows:

1. In clause 12.8(a) of the order, in the sixteenth line, the words "the Second Applicant Company shall also provide the facility of remote e-voting to each of its Equity Shareholders to cast their vote electronically, and therefore, in accordance thereto, the remote e-voting period shall remain open for at least 3 days and shall close 15 minutes after the conclusion of the meetings of Equity Shareholders" shall be inserted.

2. In clause 12.8(b) of the order, in the second line, after the word First Applicant Company "and Equity Shareholders of Second Applicant Company" shall be inserted.
