ORDER
1. This appeal has been filed under Section 252 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter as Act) by Mr. Kashinath Krishna Shinde, a Director and Shareholder of "Silverstone Excavate Private Limited" (hereafter referred to as the Company/Appellant) seeking following prayers:
a. To direct the Registrar of Companies, Pune, to restore the name of the Company in the Register of Companies maintained by it from the date when it was struck off.
b. Pass such further order or orders as the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, may deem fit and proper.
