2. The present Petition has been filed by M/s. Upwards Fintech Services Private Limited (Petition Company) for confirmation of reduction of its equity share capital under Section 66 read with Section 52 of the Companies Act, 2013 (the Act) and in accordance with the National Company Law Tribunal (Procedure for Reduction of Share Capital of Company) Rules, 2016 and other applicable provisions.
