1. The present application has been filed by the Applicant under 60(5) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (‘IBC/the Code’), read with Rule 11 of NCLT Rules, 2016 seeking following reliefs:

a. That this Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to pass an order directing the Respondent to forthwith execute agreements for sale in respect of the Units bearing Nos. 503, 504 and 604 in the project 'One BKC bearing RERA Registration No. 51800005147 and admit execution of the said agreements before the concerned - of Assurances;

b. That this Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to pass an order directing the Respondent to forthwith handover possession of the Units bearing Nos. 503, 504 and 604 in the project 'One BKC bearing RERA Registration No. 51800005147 to the Applicant;

c. That this Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to pass an order of injunction restraining the Respondent from, in any manner whatsoever, dealing with the Units bearing Nos. 503, 504 and 604 in the project 'One BKC bearing RERA Registration No. 51800005147 either as a part of the resolution plan or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the Applicant;
